With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Eric has worked in many fields including finance, appraisal, and lending. Prior to starting Webb Investments in 2003, Eric was an Associate Director with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. While there, he was involved in all aspects of debt and equity origination including loan placement, document negotiation, rate lock, and closing. Previous experience includes Director at GMAC Commercial Mortgage and staff appraiser at CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Webb received his MAI designation in 1996.
